John is the Program Director and a dedicated therapist at Positive Sobriety Institute. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, John brings both clinical expertise and compassionate care to his work. His approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with individualized treatment tailored to the unique needs of professionals in high-stress roles. John works to ensure the program prioritizes comprehensive care, helping clients navigate the complexities of recovery while maintaining their careers and professional integrity.
 
John is also passionate about advocating for underserved communities, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ individuals navigating addiction and mental health challenges. John’s approach includes developing inclusive programming that fosters safety, understanding, and belonging for clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with sensitivity and expertise. Driven by the belief that recovery is about more than sobriety, John’s work centers on helping individuals reclaim purpose, balance, and connection in life. As both a clinician and Program Director, John works to empower clients to build resilience, rediscover their strengths, and return to their personal and professional lives with clarity, confidence, and hope.
