Pamela Boytim
Pamela is a therapist at Positive Sobriety Institute. Pamela earned her Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Benedictine University and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University. Pamela has worked with adults in individual and group settings experiencing substance Use issues. Pamela creates a warm and supportive environment where healing and growth are possible. Pamela implements a person-centered approach allowing clients to recognize their strengths and improve their coping skills. In addition, she works collaboratively with her clients using a combination of motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She believes in assisting her clients in achieving their goals while empowering them and instilling hope.
